Practices

Ms. Pan’s practice focuses on prosecution of domestic and foreign patent cases or applications, particularly for clients in the mechanical, and optoelectronic industries.

As a patent attorney with a master in mechanical engineering and an engineer-experience in a manufacturing enterprise, Ms. Pan applies well her technical experience in a variety of patent related matters, including patent drafting, prosecution, reexamination, and invalidation.

Ms. Pan has worked in counseling clients in protecting and exploiting the value of their intellectual property asset, including performing infringement analysis, patent mining and searching, advising clients on application strategy and freedom-to-operate.

Prior to joining Cheng & Peng, Ms. Pan also developed substantial experience in patent affairs, and also rich experience in Design practice. Ms. Pan has engaged in the fields of general machinery, automobile, airplane, household appliance, medical device, optoelectronic device, semiconductor, etc. She has been entrusted by a wide variety of famous and international clients for high-level services with efficiency and quality.

Ms. Pan is a member of the ACPAA (ALL-CHINA PATENT AGENTS ASSOCIATION).
