We provide full-range IP services to our clients

Welcome to join Cheng & Peng!

Our mission is to become one of the most reputable IP law firms in China. By joining Cheng & Peng, you will have an opportunity to work with some of the most talented and experienced Chinese patent attorneys of their age and will receive systematic and strict professional training.

Every person in our firm speaks English, including secretaries and interns. Therefore we expect that you are fluent in at least Chinese and English, both orally and in writing. Speaking Japanese or German is strongly desirable, but not mandatory.

Please send your resume and supporting materials via email to hr@cppatent.com and identify the position you want to apply for. Your application materials may be submitted in either Chinese or English, or preferably both.

A selection committee consisting of partners and staff members will review and evaluate your application. Qualified candidates will be invited to a test of English proficiency and an interview with the committee members in person. The interview will be conducted in both Chinese and English and may include two or three rounds. If you pass the interview, you will be requested to provide one or two recommendation letters from your previous employers. Successful candidates will receive a formal offer in writing, and you will have a time period of about one week to decide if you wish to accept it.
