Cheng & Peng Intellectual Property Law Office was founded in May 2013 in Beijing, China, as a boutique intellectual property (IP) law firm. Our goal is to become a world-class firm.

We provide a full range of IP legal services, including prosecution, opposition, invalidation, litigation, and licensing of patents and trademarks. Additionally, we offer freedom-to-operate (FTO) analyses, due diligence, patent valuation, and IP management consulting. Our team has expertise across a wide range of technical fields, including mechanical engineering, electronics, chemistry, and biotechnology. We work in Chinese, English, Japanese, and German languages.

Our firm currently has around 30 employees, including 12 patent attorneys, 4 trademark agents, and 7 professionals with legal qualifications.
