We are delighted to announce that Ms. Bing Pan has recently joined Cheng & Peng.

Ms. Pan has an excellent educational background. She studied at School of Mechanical Engineering of Tianjin University during 2000-2004 and obtained a Bachelor of engineering degree in Mechanics, and pursued further studies at School of  Mechatronics Engineering in Harbin Institute of Technology during 2004-2006 and obtained a Master of engineering degree. Ms. Pan had worked as a foreign-related patent agent in a large-scale patent agency for many years, and accumulated extensive practical experience in patent drafting, prosecution, reexamination and invalidation, and also has rich experience in design practice, and also engaged in the fields of general machinery, automobile, airplane, medical appliance, optoelectronic device, etc. Ms. Pan has provided excellent services in patent application and consultation for many multinational companies. Her practice area is patent affairs in the Mechatronics field, including patent prosecution, patent infringement analysis, patent mining, patent layout, patent search and analysis and other patent services.
