The Civil Procedure Law of China as amended came into effect as of January 1, 2013.  Article 58 of the amended law no longer allows ordinary citizen to act as agent in civil cases. However, All China Patent Attorneys Association as a social organization is elligable to recommend qualified patent attorneys to the Supreme Court as litigators in patent litigation cases.

Upon approval by the Supreme Court, founding partners Mr. Daniel Miao Cheng and Mr. Woody Peng become qualified litigators in patent litigation cases.  Both the two partners are experienced Chinese patent attorneys and have rich litigation experience.
