We are delighted to announce that Mr. Xinmin Sun has recently joined Cheng & Peng.

Mr. Xinmin Sun has an excellent educational background. He studied at Zhejiang University from 2000 to 2004 and from 2006 to 2008, and obtained a bachelor's degree and a master's degree respectively. He is a patent attorney and has the legal professional qualification. He served as a patent examiner for many years and has combined work experience in intellectual property management in large scale enterprise and start up company. He also engaged in foreign related patent work at a well-known intellectual property firm. His rich work experience has endowed him with a diverse way of thinking and comprehensive business capabilities in the intellectual property industry. He is especially good at handling various patent practices for enterprise. His technical fields cover construction engineering, locks, construction machinery, general machinery, injection molding, new energy vehicles, lithium batteries, solid-state batteries, power batteries, etc., he mainly provides legal services including patent application and layout, patent litigation, patent infringement analysis, freedom to operate (FTO) analysis, etc.. His working languages are Chinese and English.
