We are delighted to announce that Ms. Xinyan Zheng has recently joined Cheng & Peng.

Ms. Xinyan Zheng has an excellent educational background. She studied at School of Life Sciences of Peking University during 2013-2017 and obtained double Bachelor’s degree in Biological Science and Economics, and studied at Law School in Peking University during 2017-2020 and obtained Juris Master degree. She had internship experiences in several well-known Chinese and foreign law firms as a postgraduate and worked in a state-owned enterprise after graduation, accumulating rich legal work experience. She has qualifications of patent agent, legal profession and intermediate economist. Her practice area is patent affairs in the field of biological science and pharmaceutical industry, as well as legal services in the field of intellectual property law and competition law. Her working languages are Chinese and English.
